By registering for a class at Markgraf Clayworks Studio and Class Space (MCW), I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following policies and waivers:

REFUNDS: Full refund or credit will be issued for any class session cancelled by MCW. If a single class is cancelled for any reason (instructor absence, power outage, inclement weather, etc.) we will reschedule as soon as possible.  We will work with students to make sure they receive all classes included in a session. Students will be notified of cancellations by EMAIL.

No refunds will be issued if a student cancels their registration within 7 days of the first day of a class session.  If a student cancels their registration any time before 7 days from the start of class, they will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.  No tuition will be pro-rated due to dropping out or missing classes.

If MCW has to close due to regulations associated with COVID-19, classes will restart when we are allowed to reopen. We are unable to give refunds under these circumstances. We will give a pro-rated class credit to anyone who is not able to restart classes at the appointed time.  Credit  will be good for up to 6 months and can be applied toward the fee for any class listing.

If you are sick please stay home.  We will work with you within reason to make sure you get the most out of your class experience.
