Service Description
Total of six classes- 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, skip 2 weeks for drying and firing (AND THANKSGIVING), final class on 12/6 (glaze class). Come experience the joy of clay! All levels of experience welcome. Learn aspects of ceramics in a relaxing, social environment. Try the wheel, handbuilding and sculpture. Create unique plates and dishes, explore stamping and carving, sgraffito, handles and creative sculpted appendages. Learn glazing techniques to beautifully finish your creations. All materials provided. Great class for beginners and wxperienced potters alike. All studio practices and absence policies will apply. By registering for this class, you acknowledge and agree to our policies and procedures. We are located on the third floor of a historic building with no elevator, so you have to be able to navigate stairs to the third floor. Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit will be issued for any class cancelled by Markgraf Clayworks. If a student must cancel, they may do so for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee up to 7 days before the start date of the class. If a student cancels within 7 days of the start date of the class, they will receive a credit to be applied toward another class. Credit must be used within 6 months. Student will be responsible for any part of class fee greater than their credit due. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.
