Service Description

Have a fun night out trying your hand at the pottery wheel. This is America's current obsession! Come see what it's all about! Perfect for Date Night, Girls Night Out, Friends, Family outings, or flying solo!!! There will be a short but thorough demo at the beginning of the night. Each participant will receive balls of clay, a wheel and a 1.5 hours to give it a go! (15 minutes of light cleanup at the end! Also fun...) We will be there to help. You will get to keep your 2 best pieces and choose a glaze from our color lab- our staff will trim and glaze your two pots and they will be ready for pickup in about 4 weeks! Come solo and meet new friends or come with a group. We have 8 wheels. Bring an apron if you don't want clay on your clothes (just in case, let's say, you are going out somewhere afterwards...up to you-we go out messy all the time!) Please read our policies and procedures. By registering for a class/workshop, you are agreeing to our policies/procedures. We apologize- being located on the third floor of a historic building means that we are not handicap accessible. Please contact us for possibilities of bringing clay projects to you!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund or credit will be issued for any class cancelled by Markgraf Clayworks. If a student must cancel, they may do so for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee up to 7 days before the start date of the class. If a student cancels within 7 days of the start date of the class, they will receive a credit to be applied toward another class. Credit must be used within 6 months. Student will be responsible for any part of class fee greater than their credit due. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.
