Six week class: 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, skip a week for drying and bisque firing, final class for glazing on 10/8. Explore your spooky side while we hand build the macabre. Just in time for the fall Halloween season. Using a variety of clay construction techniques as well as surface enhancing materials, we will create a gross, disgusting array of projects including horrifying table centerpieces, repulsive drinking vessels, irritatingly charming jack-o-lanterns, and soul illuminating oil lamps as well as a cache of pocket skulls. Each student is required to have their own tools. Tool kits will be available for purchase (18.00). Bring a hand towel. Aprons are a good idea, but optional. Fingernails must be cut short. Please read our policies. By registering for a class, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to our policies and procedures. We cannot accommodate makeup classes.
