Service Description

Book our studio for your troop to come in for a fun outing or to earn pottery/ceramics badges. The 2 hour badge workshop usually includes a pottery wheel demo, a visit to the kiln room, a walk through the gallery and a hands on project. Different handbuilding construction methods are taught as well as glazing. Pottery Wheel projects are available for 12 yrs old and up. Participants will complete a ceramic project that will be ready for pickup by troop leader 3-4 weeks later. Snacks and beverages are allowed and will be set up in a separate eating area. Times available are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 3:00pm-6:00pm Saturdays after 4 pm Sundays 12-8pm Prices Handbuilding: $30 per participant (12 people max), $180 minimum charge Pottery Wheel: $45 per participant (6 people max), $270 minimum charge

Cancellation Policy

Full refund or credit will be issued for any class cancelled by Markgraf Clayworks. If a student must cancel, they may do so for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee up to 7 days before the start date of the class. If a student cancels within 7 days of the start date of the class, they will receive a credit to be applied toward another class. Credit must be used within 6 months. Student will be responsible for any part of class fee greater than their credit due. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of class.
